Lewis Silkin advises Publicis Healthcare Communications Group on acquisition of Tardis Medical

Lewis Silkin has advised Publicis Healthcare Communications Group, the largest healthcare communications network in the world and part of Publicis Groupe, on its acquisition of global clinical and medical affairs outsourcing organisation and consultancy Tardis Medical.

The deal will see Tardis align with Publicis Touchpoint Solutions, a leading provider of customized, omnichannel healthcare sales, service and clinical teams, to complement Touchpoint’s clinical capabilities. Tardis Medical founders, Andrew Bruce, Ian Bancroft and Suzanna Lawrence will continue to lead the business as General Managers reporting directly to President and CEO, Michelle Keefe.

For the transaction, the Lewis Silkin team was led by corporate partner Paul Rajput supported by corporate tax partner Matthew Rowbotham and corporate associates Barnaby Stokes and Sadiq Tajbhai.

Lewis Silkin also supported Publicis Groupe earlier this year on its acquisition of shopper marketing agency Vivid Brand.
