The Lewis Silkin team that advised on the transaction was led by partner and head of the Corporate group, Paul Rajput, alongside Matthew Rowbotham, partner and head of the Tax, Reward & Incentives, and supported by Sadiq Tajbhai, a Corporate senior associate and Jack Baldwin, a Corporate junior associate.
Paul Rajput said:
“It has been a pleasure advising our client throughout the lifetime of its ownership of Games Warehouse. We advised initially on its acquisition in 2005, have provided ongoing support since then and completed the journey by advising on its sale. We look forward to supporting our client on its projects going forward."
