The acquisition allows Next 15 to build on their deep data and insights offering and is expected to enhance earnings for the Group.
This is the second acquisition in two days for Next 15. The first being the acquisition of UK-based digital agency Velocity Partners for £5.9m, on which Lewis Silkin supported the in-house legal team with tax, real estate and general corporate advice.
