Lewis Silkin has advised Havas Health, the world’s leading healthcare marketing network, on its acquisition of London-based healthcare PR and medical communications agency Just:: Health Communications.

Under the terms of the agreement Just:: will continue to be managed by the current senior team led by Managing Director, Kirsty Mearns whilst co-founders, Jennie Talman and Emma Crozier will join the leadership team that oversees the Havas PR Global Collective.

Founded in 2006, Just:: is a leading global healthcare agency known for its innovative work and for providing services to global clients in public relations, medical communications, public affairs and digital communications. Prior to the acquisition, Just:: was the third largest independent agency in the UK, with a team of 34 based in London and recently opening a second office in Southwark. The agency offers a range of services including public affairs, advocacy development, media relations or reputation management.

For this transaction, the Lewis Silkin team was led by Corporate partner Paul Rajput and he was supported by Corporate tax partner Matthew Rowbotham.

Paul says:

“It was a pleasure to advise Havas Health on another key acquisition, having assisted Havas Health with its 2012 acquisition of leading European digital health and wellness communications agency, Creative Lynx (now Havas Lynx), in the PR space as the agency continues to grow its global footprint and reinforces its position as a major player in the healthcare communications landscape.”
