Lewis Silkin French Desk advises Descours & Cabaud on its acquisition of the remaining 50% of Hayley Group

Lewis Silkin’s M&A team has advised French Group Descours & Cabaud, the leading distributor of MRO and PPE products in Europe, on its acquisition of the remaining 50% of Hayley Group.
Lewis Silkin’s team advised Descours & Cabaud in 2016 in respect of the acquisition of 50% of Hayley Group (see here for previous deal announcement), and were on call again to assist with the purchase of the remaining 50% stake.
The transaction marks the third successful deal completed by Lewis Silkin for Descours & Cabaud in the past 12 months. The cross-departmental Lewis Silkin team was led by corporate partner Paul Rajput and supported by employment partner Richard Moore, andcorporate associate Georgina Fraser.
