Lewis Silkin advises brand, communications and experience research specialist The Nursery on its conversion to employee ownership

The move sees the entire share capital of The Nursery transferred to a Trust set up for the benefit of all employees. The Lewis Silkin team was led by corporate tax partner Matthew Rowbotham with support from corporate associate Georgina Fraser.
