Lewis Silkin has advised global marketing and publishing services group, Altavia SA, on its acquisition of leading retail and shopper marketing agency HRG UK Ltd. This acquisition forms part of the French-owned group’s expansion plans in the UK.
Lewis Silkin has advised global marketing and publishing services group, Altavia SA, on its acquisition of leading retail and shopper marketing agency HRG UK Ltd. This acquisition forms part of the French-owned group’s expansion plans in the UK.
Under the terms of the agreement, the deal will see HRG’s co-founders and existing directors retain the day-to-day running of the agency, with key Altavia personnel joining the HRG board of directors. HRG is a multi-award winning independent shopper agency specialising in seamless creative thinking, in the aisle and out-of-store. The acquisition adds HRG’s extensive strategic and creative capabilities to Altavia’s existing global expertise, which sees it provide retail communications to some of the world’s most important brands and retailers.
