Lewis Silkin French Desk has advised Descours & Cabaud in the acquisition for its subsidiary Hayley 247 of Staffordshire based companies WMH Transmissions Ltd & Apex Transmissions Ltd

Lewis Silkin has advised Descours & Cabaud in the acquisition for its subsidiary Hayley 247 of Staffordshire based companies WMH Transmissions Ltd & Apex Transmissions Ltd (WMH). WMH will now become the UK Groups specialist provider of Precision Linear Motion products and services.

This marks the second M&A transaction in which Lewis Silkin have advised Descours & Cabaud’s subsidiary Hayley247 in the last twelve months.

Lewis Silkin’s M&A team was lead by corporate partner Paul Rajput, with assistance from corporate tax partner Matthew Rowbotham, corporate associate Georgina Fraser and real estate associate Aimee Dring.
