David Regan
Lewis Silkin has today announced the addition of David Regan as a partner in the firm’s award-winning Employment team.

With a proven track record advising on both UK and international employment matters, David joins Lewis Silkin from a global firm and brings extensive contentious and non-contentious experience across all types of litigation (including on matters before the Employment Tribunals and High Court); strategic advice on issues ranging from global restructurings and industrial relations concerns to outsourcing and shared services implementation; together with broad experience of providing employment law support on both UK and cross-border corporate and commercial matters (both buy- and sell-side).

David has long-standing expertise advising on the employment-related aspects of cross-border and global mobility issues, being a trusted advisor on global matters for a variety of clients ranging from publicly listed global entities, leading tech and fintech brands and advertising and marketing communications groups. David also provides strategic advice to start-ups and senior individuals across a range of sectors.

David brings experience in relation to workplace mental health and neurodiversity matters, frequently delivering training on the legal and non-legal aspects and benefits of managing employees’ mental health and supporting neurodiverse employees, as well advising clients on the employment implications of AI.

David’s appointment brings the total number of employment partners at Lewis Silkin to 33, including two in its dedicated global mobility team.
