Lewis Silkin acts for the first company operating in Kosovo to list on AIM

Lewis Silkin LLP has acted for Fox-Davies Capital Limited (“Fox-Davies”) in its role as nominated adviser and joint broker, and Merchant Securities Limited (“Merchant Securities”) in its role as joint broker, to Fox Marble Holdings plc (“Fox Marble”) in connection with Fox Marble’s successful fundraising and admission to AIM.

Fox Marble and its subsidiaries hold a number of licences to quarry high quality marble in Kosovo. The fundraising will enable Fox Marble to bring these assets into production in the near future.
