Double win for Lewis Silkin at Managing Partners’ Forum Awards

We are very proud that Lewis Silkin was the recipient of two awards at the 2020 Managing Partners’ Forum Awards, announced on 3 March 2020.
Firstly, the firm won in the Best Employee Engagement category, following the highly successful roll-out of Peakon by the HR team. We have seen a terrific response rate to the tool, enabling the senior management team to swiftly identify emerging themes and issues as well as to gather highly valuable feedback on areas such as IT and training.
Secondly, well-deserved congratulations are in order for Ian Jeffery who won the award for Exceptional Achievement by an Individual following his 15 year tenure as Managing Partner and Chief Executive - leading the firm to a sustained period of growth, as well as navigating what continues to be a time of substantial disruption in the legal sector.
Thank you to everyone involved in helping us achieve this recognition – it is a testament to the hard work and commitment to excellence which I am proud to see right across the firm.
