Lewis Silkin has advised Engineered Foam Products Limited, a specialist manufacturer of expanded polystyrene (EPS) and expanded polypropylene (EPP) foam products, on its successful acquisition of Springvale EPS. Springvale EPS is the UK’s leading manufacturer of premium EPS products for supply into the house building, construction and caravan industries. This acquisition allows Engineered Foam Products Limited to strengthen its market presence in the construction and building sectors and diversify its offerings by tapping into the growing demand for sustainable building materials, leveraging Springvale's established reputation and expertise in EPS production.
