Tiff Wiltsher

As Early Careers Specialist, I am responsible for the attraction and recruitment of our trainee solicitors and solicitor apprentices, as well as assisting with our work experience programme. As someone who is neurodivergent, I am particularly passionate about improving diversity in recruitment and widening access to the legal profession through inclusive hiring practices. I also like to get involved with initiatives outside of my day-to-day role through our Mentoring Programme, GROW Mentoring and Job Coaching. I am also a member of the firm's Disability Group.
