About

I am part of a team of specialist lawyers which helps to keep our colleagues and clients up to date with developments in immigration law.

I ensure my team is kept up-to-date with relevant law and policy developments and that they have the tools and training they need to excel in their roles. This includes analysing and advising on changes to primary legislation, the Immigration Rules and case law, as well as undertaking research on specific legal points. I am responsible for drafting and maintaining the team's precedents, maintaining the team's know-how, presentation documents and coordinate their training. This, in turn, ensures that clients are kept abreast of the latest developments so that they can make accurate and strategic business decisions.

With over 10 years experience working in immigration law, my knowledge derives from a collection of interactions with people and companies looking to relocate individuals to the UK and overseas

I spent the majority of my career working in the Big 4 and blue chip organisations and saw it all, from complex high-net-worth to gigantic immigration audit deep dive. Generally though my work primarily covered business immigration routes, family routes, student applications, indefinite leave to remain, nationality applications and applications made under European Law. I have always been heavily invested in accuracy and clear communication, which led me to specialising in knowledge development

I am a member of the Immigration Lawyers Practitioners Association (ILPA). I am a contributing author for Lexis PSL Immigration and Free Movement. I also regularly contribute to law and policy clarification and development through the Home Office's stakeholder engagement activities.
