About

I am an experienced trainer within our employment law training team. I train HR professionals, people managers, in-house legal teams and business leaders on a wide range of employment topics to help organisations maintain effective employment practices and promote a positive workplace culture. I enjoy working with clients to design training that reflects their organisation's values and talent strategy. I also create eLearning programmes that allow for effective training to be delivered to large workforces with ease.

I'm passionate about fostering respectful and inclusive workplaces and have been appointed a committee member of the Law Society's Women Solicitors Network. As part of this I work alongside the Law Society to improve access and inclusion across the legal profession. I'm also a mentor to junior lawyers entering the legal profession.
