As a rockhopper lawyer, I am on call by telephone and email, to advise employers from a variety of sectors on whatever HR or employee relations issues they need assistance with.
I deal with queries on all topics, including grievances, disciplinaries, sickness absence, family friendly provisions, performance management and TUPE. I also assist our clients in defending Employment Tribunal claims and dealing with data subject access requests, contract and handbook reviews.
With over 12 years of experience, I have joined rockhopper from a global AM Law 100 firm, where I acted as principal employment adviser for several multinational clients across a range of sectors, from engineering and manufacturing to financial and legal services, software and technology, and media and hospitality.
As well as providing the full complement of day-to-day employment advice, I have substantial experience in defending and advising at all stages of Employment Tribunal claims, as well as managing international employee projects.
