It’s hardly surprising immigration continues to be an area of crucial concern for employers.

The implications of Brexit should be clearer by the time of this session and we will consider these alongside other compliance and enforcement changes. In particular, we’ll go through the settled status registration scheme required for all EEA nationals and their family members as a result of Brexit and how you can help your employees with this. We will also provide an overview of the latest rules and policy in other areas, together with guidance to help you protect your business effectively.

We will be joined by the Home Office’s Gabrielle Monk who is the Head of European Casework and overseeing the implementation of the new Settled Status system. Together with Gabi, we’ll go through the settled status registration scheme required for all EEA nationals and their family members as a result of Brexit and how you can help your employees with this. Allan Briddock, a leading immigration barrister, will provide practical tips on how to deal with illegal working fines, sponsorship licence suspensions or revocations and best practice for Home Office audits. We will also provide an overview of the latest rules and policy in other areas, together with guidance to help you protect your business effectively.
