Protecting your winning pitch

A successful pitch takes a significant investment of time and resource with the more innovative approaches often capturing the imagination and winning the business. In this session we will look at what steps you can take to protect that investment, including:

• What’s really in a pitch – what elements can you protect, why and how?

• The nature of the relationship and how confidentiality fits in

• The non-disclosure agreement – useful tool or pitfall for the unwary?

• The pitcher’s tool-kit: searches, registrations and other practical steps to protection

Breakfast and registration will be from 8:30am with the presentation starting at 8.45am and aiming to draw to a close by 10.00am.
