It provides an overview of sponsorship duties for sponsoring workers, right to work compliance and visiting the UK for business purposes.

This Academy will also cover the March and April 2024 changes to the Immigration Rules, focusing on salary threshold increases and other restrictions to the skilled worker route, updates to sponsor and right to work guidance, recent changes to Ukraine Schemes and other vital updates.
