Using lots of practical examples from our experience of investigating and advising on this thorny topic, this session will explore the behaviours and workplace cultures which can give rise to concerns about toxicity at work.
We will look at the different ways an organisation can address these issues, and the legal and commercial risks that can arise.
The session will also cover any relevant legal developments that are on the horizon.
