The gender pay gap regulations will probably be 2017's most important piece of employment legislation.

With the final draft of the regulations having been published in December, for all employers with more than 250 staff, the clock is now ticking to take the steps needed to be able to comply based on April 2017 data.

This seminar will explore all aspects of compliance, including late twists such as the inclusion of many self employed workers in the definition of employee, to the additional narrative you may want to create and publish to sit alongside your headline figures.
