Join us to explore the benefits of engaging all generations in the workforce.

As we live and work longer, it's crucial to develop strategies that support employees throughout their careers. We'll discuss how older workers can enhance talent pipelines, provide diverse skill sets, and contribute to multi-skilled teams.

In partnership with ProAge, who have conducted insightful research on age inclusion and business readiness, we will share effective practices for fostering a culture that values and leverages an ageing workforce.

In this roundtable, Partner Lucy Lewis will be joined by CEO of ProAge, Mike Mansfield to discuss how to build age-inclusive workforces that leverage the talents and diverse perspectives of all employees.
We will share insights on:

  • Strategic workforce planning to keep skills relevant
  • Prioritising wellbeing for a productive, innovative workforce
  • Developing strategies to attract, recruit, and retain employees over 50, ensuring their continued engagement and contribution Embracing flexible working to support and retain all employees
  • The importance of older workers in talent pipelines and multi-skilled teams
  • Advocating for policies to encourage the adoption of age-inclusive practices within organisations
