Join us for our A&M Webinar: Calling out, cancel culture and censure.
This webinar will consider the strategies and pros and cons of any available legal remedies in dealing with online public accusations, harassing conduct, and the ensuing reputational damage to individuals and businesses, often from anonymous posters.
Whatever industry you are in, contemplate an anonymous online post with #cancel[yourindustry], detailing allegations of any (or all of) a toxic culture/lack of diversity/sexual harassment/bullying in your business. Others start to add to the posts with their own experience of working in your business, calling out named individuals. We’ll explore what can be done – and the pros and cons in taking different steps to mitigate the situation.
This session is going to be interactive, so please feel free to prepare any questions or real life experiences in relation to anonymous or online accusations. You are welcome to talk to us during the event, or if you would prefer to send your questions in advance please do.
