Finance & Financial Services

We advise on all forms of secured and unsecured corporate borrowing and lending, acting for borrowers and lenders, including banks and alternative funders, together with connected issues such as derivatives.

Our practice also covers debt capital markets including Eurobonds and listings on various markets together with all regulatory aspects.

We have a particular specialism in the creation of alternative financing products which are suitable for pensions by way of debt securities.

We advise our clients who are both borrowers and lenders on appropriate finance structures together with providing general advice on day to day financial matters.

In conjunction with our Employment and Dispute Resolution colleagues, we also cover a broad range of financial services issues, including authorisation, financial promotion, hiring and firing approved persons, dealing with regulatory investigations and interpretation of applicable rules and statutes.
