Advertising Contracts

To the uninitiated, the contracts that marketing agencies and their clients use are complicated and full of industry jargon.

Happily, we are deeply immersed in this sector and famous for our specialist work on advertising contracts.  No other UK law firm has more advertising lawyers ranked in the legal directories for their advertising expertise.

The trade bodies for advertising and marketing, including ISBA, the IPA, PRCA, and the IPM use us to help them with the legal issues facing the industry and their members.  We have been drafting the industry standard client/agency contract which is endorsed by ISBA and the IPA since 1998, and it is now in its 4th edition.  We were also commissioned to draft ISBA’s first ever industry standard template for use by brands when appointing vloggers or brand ambassadors.
