After studying in Bristol and completing my training in London, I joined the Employment, Immigration and Reward division as an Associate.
I deal with all aspects of employment law and have a particular interest in data privacy, focusing on workplace data. I advise on a host of issues including disciplinary situations, sickness absence and capability, disability discrimination and redundancy. I regularly represent employers in unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims. I have a particular interest in employment litigation and discrimination law.
Data & Privacy
I have a background in employment law with a particular specialisation in data protection and data privacy. I regularly advise a range of clients on data subject access requests, ICO complaints, GDPR compliance exercises, DPIAs and workplace data protection issues.
