I advise on a wide range of employment matters with a focus on industrial relations.
Typically my work includes advising employers on day-to-day employment law issues, handling settlement negotiations, drafting contractual documentation, redundancies (both collective and individual), auto-enrolment obligations, and acting for businesses defending Employment Tribunal claims. I support employers and individuals from varying sectors on a wide range of employment issues. I often also work with multi-national clients and my practice includes the project management of international advice.
European Works Councils and Trade Unions
I have a particular interest in collective employment issues including pension changes, collective redundancies, outsourcing, trade disputes, statutory recognition requests in the Central Arbitration Committee, threatened strike action and European works councils.
