I advise organisations and individuals on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues across multiple sectors, including contracts and policies, employee relations matters, restructures and redundancies and family-friendly rights.

I am also a part of the firm's specialist contingent workforce group and support clients with and advise on the more unusual working arrangements and tricky issues, such as self-employed contractors (including IR35), agency workers, secondees, interns, zero hours workers and apprentices.

I have a particular interest in the media & entertainment sector and am a member of the firm's Media & Entertainment group. I assist clients in this space across a number of industries such as interactive entertainment, theatre and TV & Film with a variety of issues on both a national and international level.

  • Providing strategic advice to businesses on day-to-day HR issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, poor performance, sickness absence and redundancies
  • Drafting, reviewing and advising on contracts of employment, service agreements, consultancy agreements and policies
  • Assisting with and conducting workplace investigations into highly sensitive HR issues such as bullying, harassment and discrimination
