I am an Associate in the firm’s Corporate legal practice group and a member of our Technology and Retail, Hospitality and Leisure sector focus groups.
I joined Lewis Silkin in 2017 from a Magic Circle firm, where I trained and spent three years as an Associate (including six months in Hong Kong). My practice area includes advising companies and individuals on a broad range of corporate transactions (both domestic and international) and corporate governance issues.
My experience includes the full breadth of corporate advisory and transactional work. This covers public and private mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, joint ventures, restructurings and shareholder / governance issues. I also understand the pressures of being a client, having spent six months on secondment to the commercial / corporate team of a large technology and telecommunications company. Since joining Lewis Silkin, I have worked with both corporate and individual sellers, and corporate buyers, on midmarket sales of media, advertising and tech businesses. I have also worked with a range of businesses on internal corporate matters and finance arrangements.
Outside the office, my interests include skiing, tennis, travelling and cooking. I also try to watch as much live theatre, ballet, comedy and sport as I can.
