Leo Steven's recent article in Inside Housing discusses the segregation between affordable housing and homes to be sold or rented at market rates.
Some recent residential developments have been involved in, what seems at first glance to be, shocking reports of division between the affordable housing and the market rate properties.
Leo argues that whilst this may not be ideal and toward anti-social that the division could make sense.
