I am an Employment Associate based in Belfast, qualified in two jurisdictions, advising employers and employees on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters in England & Wales and Northern Ireland.

I have experience handling unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, and whistleblowing claims in Employment Tribunals. My role involves supporting clients with various employment-related matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancy processes, workplace investigations, and dispute resolution. Additionally, I assist in drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
