About

I am an Associate in Lewis Silkin's Employment team, based in the Dublin office.

I advise employers on a broad range of employment related matters. This includes representing clients before the Workplace Relations Commission advising organisations on management and contentious employment matters. I also have experience advising on contractual matters, remote and hybrid work, company policies and procedures, dismissals, grievance and disciplinary procedures, bullying & harassment, employee entitlements and equality issues.

I am a graduate of the University of Limerick where I obtained a Bachelors Degree in Law and Economics. I also hold a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland.

I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Association of Ireland.

  • Advising clients on claims in the Workplace Relations Commission
  • Preparing for and advising on Injunctions in the High Court
  • Advising on a wide range of employment matters, including but not limited to redundancy processes, post-termination restrictive covenants, remote and hybrid working, managing sickness absence, discrimination, grievance and disciplinary processes, social media and sexual harassment
  • Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies & procedures and company handbooks
  • Preparing and assisting clients with mediation
  • Advising on and negotiating settlement agreements and severance agreements
