Managing restructuring and redundancies successfully is complex, but crucial. 

Providing support through processes which can be emotionally difficult, as well as commercially disruptive, we partner with you to devise, implement and manage restructuring exercises, including those involving changes to terms and conditions. 

Our expertise includes supporting redundancy programmes ranging in scale from large and multi-jurisdictional to smaller groups and individuals.

We’ll work with you to devise and implement your redundancy and / or restructuring strategy, including in relation to:

  • Planning and implementing redundancies
  • Consultation and notice requirements
  • Variation of contracts
  • Transfer of employment
  • Multi-jurisdictional programmes and individual, specialist requirements
  • Preparation and negotiation of separation documentation.

We can also advise on employment disputes, complaints to the Labour Department, Labour Tribunal claims and litigation (including devising litigation strategy, negotiating tactics and facilitating early settlement where appropriate).
