03 August 2021The current Home Office guidance for employers on carrying out right to work checks contains some important clarifications of the Home Office’s policy. These will not affect the vast majority of checks. Cross border disputes between the EU and UK post-Brexit
01 September 2021The UK left the EU on 31 January 2020. The Withdrawal Agreement provided that EU law would continue to apply to the end of the transitional period which was 31 December 2020 (“the exit date”).
