About

I specialise in intellectual property disputes as well as advising on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.

Having lived and worked in China, I am proficient in Mandarin and I am Lewis Silkin's China Desk Lead for IP & Technology. My focus is on protecting, exploiting and enforcing a range of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyright, patents, designs and confidential information.

I have particular expertise in protecting and enforcing brands and I act for clients in many different sectors including retail, manufacturing, engineering, media, financial and technology.

As an experienced dispute resolution lawyer, I advise on cases in the High Court (including the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court), the Court of Appeal, UKIPO, EUIPO (including the Board of Appeal) and the EU General Court, as well as international arbitration.
