I joined Lewis Silkin in April 2018 as a paralegal in the Hong Kong team working on employment and immigration matters.
Prior to this, I trained with a law firm in Edinburgh, Scotland and qualified as a solicitor in Scotland in August 2017. In search of new challenges in new surroundings, I moved to Hong Kong shortly thereafter and now look forward to taking on the challenge of becoming qualified in Hong Kong in the near future.
Generally, I provide assistance with a wide range of employment law related matters including: assisting with projects covering the Asia Pacific region which often involves liaising with Ius Laboris contacts in a number of jurisdictions; reviewing/drafting handbooks and policies or employment contracts; and conducting legal research.
I also assist with a variety of immigration related matters as well as business development for the Hong Kong office.
