    Mock Employment Tribunal

Date: 27 Jun 2013 Location: Lewis Silkin's Cardiff office
    Start: 09:00am Cost: Free
    Finish: 12:30pm

This is your chance to experience all the drama and tension of a tribunal hearing without the responsibility and risk that go with fighting a real-life case. We’ll present a live trial, complete with documents, witnesses, cross-examination and a verdict from the tribunal panel at the end. The hearing will be based around a claim for religious discrimination, which is particularly topical in light of recent cases, and will illustrate in particular the tribunal process and the importance of witness evidence. Come prepared for audience participation – you’ll have the chance to ask questions and vote on what you think is the right result!
