I specialise in the protection and enforcement of intellectual property (including trade marks, copyright, patents, designs and confidential information).

I have dealt with disputes in the County Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and the European Court of Justice and have on many occasions applied for interim injunctive relief. I have extensive experience of developing and implementing internet enforcement initiatives to protect clients’ brands on the internet. I also have expertise in information technology disputes including pre-termination strategies and arbitration. I have frequently been involved in Alternative Dispute Resolution proceedings (including mediation).
