I advise on the full range of business immigration categories. My specialisms include applications under the Points Based System for investors and entrepreneurs (Tier 1), and for intra-company transferees and other skilled migrants (Tiers 2 and 5).  I advise on settlement, European applications and applications for British citizenship.

My clients, who range from large multinationals to individuals, often need help with coordinating their international moves and I have particular experience of dealing with immigration issues in China, India and Brazil.  Another area of expertise is application for and management of sponsor licences, compliance with sponsor duties and advising clients on the UK Border Agency’s Prevention of Illegal Working Regime.

My sport work involves negotiating all areas of player transfer work with an emphasis on football and rugby. I advise 6 Premiership clubs as well as leading international player and management agencies. My specialisms include sponsorship under the Points Based System, regulatory issues and disputes before FIFA and CAS.

International transfers are another large part of my work and I have been involved in many high profile international transfers to the UK. I also have significant experience in advising on feeder club structures in South America and Europe and the issues surrounding the third-party ownership of players.
