In February, ACAS consulted on a new statutory Code of Practice which it produced with the intention of helping employers and employees understand the implications of the new legislation. At the time, we commented on some difficulties with the Government’s approach in the draft Code. ACAS has now published its response to the consultation, together with a revised final version of the Code.
