In Ramzan v Brookwide LTD [2010} EWHC 2453 the High Court awarded damages of just under £450,000 plus interest against a defendant who incorporated his neighbour’s land as part of his own. The High Court described the conduct of the defendant as “one of the worst examples of its kind”. Read more
