Welcome to the brave new world. Today is the second day without the TSA. The Social Housing Regulator, will operate within the Homes and Communities Agency. One of the last acts of the TSA was the introduction of the new regulatory standards that have applied from 1 April 2012. The regulatory standards can be viewed here.
