This is your chance to experience all the drama and tension of a tribunal hearing without the responsibility and risk that go with fighting a real-life case. We’ll present a live trial, complete with documents, witnesses, cross-examination and a verdict from the tribunal panel at the end. The hearing will be based around a claim for unfair dismissal and sexual orientation discrimination, illustrating in particular the tribunal process and the importance of witness evidence. Come prepared for audience participation – you’ll have the chance to ask questions and vote on what you think is the right result!
