I am a member of Lewis Silkin’s Commercial and Technology Group and provide expert advice on e-commerce, digital services, big data and commercial contracts.
My main focus is advising publishing and technology clients on a range of general commercial, digital and technology contracts. I am also a member of our Brands & IP and Data Privacy practice groups.
Outside the office I try and play as much cricket, squash, golf and hockey as having a young family allows.
Primarily I advise on, draft and negotiate the full suite of documents that young technology companies might require. These might include master service agreements, development agreements, IP licences, SaaS agreements, escrow arrangements, terms and conditions, privacy policies and assignments of IP. I also do a lot of work for publishers, so in addition to the above list of agreements I work on adstack agreements, syndication agreements, partnerships, content licences and more general supplier terms and conditions.
I enjoy helping innovative technology clients shape their future through strategic advice and negotiating their partnerships with key customers and suppliers. The far reaching nature of modern technology means my clients work in and supply to in a wide variety of sectors including sports, financial services, retail, publishing, advertising, education, security and engineering.
