I specialise in all aspects of UK immigration law for corporate clients and private individuals.

I qualified as a UK Solicitor in January 2014 and joined Lewis Silkin LLP in July 2014, following 7 years of employment as a Senior Immigration Advisor and Trainee Solicitor with a leading global corporate immigration firm.

As well as handling applications under the Points Based System and Immigration Rules, I have expertise in family based matters and complex citizenship applications.

Outside work I enjoy travelling, attempting to brush up on my Spanish and occasional outings to the gym. I also write theatre reviews for a London based newspaper group.

Immigration and global mobility

I work with corporate clients, ranging from multi-nationals to start ups, across various industries, notably legal, banking, IT and telecommunications.

I have a particular focus on immigration compliance and provide bespoke training sessions to assist clients in fulfilling their sponsorship obligations.

In addition I enjoy dealing with discretionary cases for private clients, for example, I recently secured citizenship for a child where the circumstances fell outside of the Immigration Rules. I have also had success invoking discretion from the Home Office in a number of complex citizenship cases.
