I am a Legal Assistant in Lewis Silkin’s immigration team and have been with the firm since 2013.

I advise a variety of clients on immigration law, with a particular focus on the creative industries. During my time with the firm, I have spent 12 months on secondment to a multi-national organisation, advising on global mobility and immigration matters for the EMEA region. I also regularly provide training for employers on all aspects of immigration law.

I am also looking forward to starting my training contract with the firm in 2017. Outside of work I am a keen artist and also have a love of food and travelling.

I advise on a broad range of personal and corporate immigration issues under both UK and EU law.

I work with a wide range of corporate clients, from small businesses to large multi-nationals, to advise them on all aspects of Tiers 2 and 5 of the Points-Based System. I also advise these clients on how best to comply with their obligations as sponsors of migrant workers, as well as their duties under prevention of illegal working legislation.

As well as commercial immigration matters, I also have particular experience in advising individuals on citizenship, family and indefinite leave to remain issues. I also regularly deal with applications under European law for both temporary and permanent residence.

Retail, Hospitality & Leisure

I have particular experience in the creative industries. A large part of my work involves advising clients in the fashion and modelling industries on the global movement of talent.
