Admitted to the California Bar and Qualified in England and Wales, I worked in the Los Angeles area for 20 years in-house at companies including Warner Bros. where I was Head of Business Affairs for International Television Production.

I also worked at top entertainment firms where I represented major studios, producers, record labels and publishing companies in all aspects of the entertainment business and general corporate and commercial transactions, and top-level talent.

After moving back to the UK in 2008 I was Managing Director of West End theatre production company Act Productions, which co-produced hits such as Legally Blonde the Musical, Enron, Yes, Prime Minister and Flare Path during my tenure, and where I acquired worldwide rights in major properties for all media, and introduced innovative and highly successful financial and contractual structures.

Thereafter I established business affairs consulting and producing company St. George Entertainment Ltd. advising clients from media conglomerates to independent producers. In L.A. I served two terms as Managing Director of BAFTA LA and as Chairman of the Britannia Awards, and remain an enthusiastic BAFTA member. I am also a member of the Institute of Directors, the League of Independent Producers, and The Beverly Hills Bar Association.
