As a rockhopper lawyer, I am on call, by telephone and email, to advise employers from a variety of sectors on whatever HR or employee relations issues they need assistance with.
We deal with queries on all topics, including grievances, disciplinaries, sickness absence, family friendly provisions, performance management and TUPE. We also assist our clients in defending Employment Tribunal claims and dealing with data subject access requests, contract and handbook reviews.
Prior to joining rockhopper, I worked for several years as an Associate in Lewis Silkin’s core employment team. Whilst there, I gained experience acting for employers and employees alike in all aspects of employment related matters including data protection, redundancies, contracts of employment, HR policies and discrimination issues. I also handled several employment tribunal claims, including claims for unfair and wrongful dismissal, whistle blowing, as well as discrimination claims on grounds of age, sex, religion and belief, race and disability.
Having joined rockhopper, I now work from home and am based in Essex. Outside of my working hours I have my hands full with my two young sons.
