About

With over 20 years of post-qualification experience, the vast majority of which have been at Lewis Silkin, I have significant experience in all aspects of employment law. Mainly advising employers, I provide unstuffy, commercial advice to clients, many of whom I have advised for over a decade. I love nothing more than working alongside clients to support them through their knotty HR issues to reach a pragmatic solution. I advise across a broad range of sectors, but in particular in media & entertainment, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, tech companies as well as other law firms.

I advise on both non-contentious and contentious matters, including day-to-day HR matters, senior level exits, reorganisations and restructures, and contract and policy drafting. From a contentious perspective, I particularly advise on complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims in the Employment Tribunal.

I have particular expertise in advising multinational clients on cross-border employment issues, working closely with international colleagues to co-ordinate advice and help clients to shape a strategic and commercial international HR strategy.
