I specialise in corporate and personal immigration including providing advice on and managing international movement of people

After establishing and heading our Hong Kong office for 3 years, I am now based in our London office with a continuing remit over all APAC immigration matters. I have specialised in immigration law since 2005.

I became a Partner at Lewis Silkin in April 2014 and originally joined the firm in September 2009 as an Associate. Before joining Lewis Silkin, I trained as an immigration lawyer at boutique city firm Laura Devine Solicitors where I handled all aspects of UK immigration applications.

I hold a Bachelor of Laws awarded by the University of Greenwich in 1998 and qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales in 2007 after completing the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Store Street, London.

In 2017 I was admitted in the High Court of Hong Kong SAR as a Hong Kong lawyer after completion of the Overseas Lawyers Qualifying Examinations.

In 2018 I was admitted as a lawyer in Ireland by the Law of Society of Ireland.

I am a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association.

I provide advice on international cross border projects, particularly for the UK and across the Asia Pacific Region. My UK practice is expansive and I act for a range of industry sectors. My work includes the transfer of staff globally and co-ordination of all aspects of international transfers including the movement of dependent family members. I also handle a range of immigration options for high net worth individuals seeking permanent residence or citizenship in the UK and other jurisdictions.
